MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS AND DURATION
Cien x Cien Natural Experiences may modify the conditions determined herein at any time, and such modifications will be duly published as they appear here. The validity of the aforementioned conditions will be based on their publication and will remain in effect until modified by others that are duly published. The last modification of the conditions was on 11/18/2020.
SECURITY
The website uses industry-standard information security techniques, such as firewalls, access control procedures, and cryptographic mechanisms, all with the aim of preventing unauthorized access to data. To achieve these ends, the user/client agrees that the provider may obtain data for the purposes of appropriate authentication of access controls.
Our secure server guarantees the privacy of the data you transmit to us. This privacy is achieved through the SSL protocol, encrypting the data sent using the RSA encryption system, so that no one can appropriate it as they do not have the necessary key. You can verify that your browser is secure if the padlock symbol appears, and you can also notice that the URL changes slightly: it no longer starts with http but with https.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping and/or handling fees are not included in the price and will be shown to you before completing your purchase, depending on the shipping address of each order. Below, we detail the shipping costs in the following table:
- Spain: €2.95 (mainland), €4.95 (Balearic Islands)
- For shipments to the Canary Islands, please consult us first.
- Europe: €8.95. Rest of the World: €9.95
Delivery time in Spain: 1 to 2 days.
ORDER PROCESSING
To place an order, you must visit www.100x100-ne.org and register as a user by filling out the online form that appears on the online store’s website at any given time and following the instructions provided therein. After registering, and to proceed with your purchase, you must add the product you wish to buy to your cart, following the on-screen instructions, by filling out the order form provided and submitting it.
The prices listed on the website are valid solely and exclusively for online orders placed at www.100x100-ne.org. All prices published on our website include VAT.
The customer's order validation expressly implies knowledge and acceptance of these general terms and conditions, forming part of the contract's conclusion.
Once the purchase is made and as soon as possible, always within 24 hours of the purchase, the Cien x Cien Natural Experiences Customer Service will send you a purchase receipt by email.
If you disagree with the data listed in said confirmation, you may request its modification or the cancellation of the contract.

The language or languages in which the contract can be formalized on this website is Spanish.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The selection of products offered at www.100x100-ne.org is valid as long as the products are visible on the website. Since this is an e-commerce site, inventory is updated online; therefore, it is possible that items may sell out during the purchase process.
If this situation arises, we will inform you immediately to offer you an alternative or refund the amount paid for the product.
HOW TO MAKE CLAIMS
To make any claims regarding the obligations established in Article 110 of Law 3/2014, please contact us.
BREACH OF CONTRACT
In case of non-execution of the contract by the entity due to the unavailability of the purchased product or for any other reason, the customer will be informed of this unavailability and/or the reason justifying it, and any sums paid under the contract will be refunded without undue delay. In the event of an unjustified delay by Cien x Cien Natural Experiences regarding the refund of amounts paid, the client may claim double the amount owed, without prejudice to their right to be compensated for damages suffered beyond that amount.
Shipping Methods and Deadlines
Products are shipped to the shipping address you indicated in your order. If you place an order for multiple items with different availabilities, the delivery time will take into account the longest anticipated delivery. In exceptional cases, Cien x Cien Natural Experiences reserves the right to split the order, sending available items and deferring unavailable items to a second shipment.
To carry out the transport and delivery of shipments, we have chosen a reputable courier company.
The established shipping time will depend on the order requested. It will be approximately five business days from the receipt of payment, considering business days as working days from Monday to Friday.
In the event that the customer detects any problem at the time of delivery of their order (damaged packaging, missing or deteriorated products), they must indicate it in writing on the carrier's delivery note and contact us within 14 days of receipt. No returns of damaged items, nor claims for missing items, will be accepted if not communicated within the established period, sending us photos and a description of the problem.
All of this without prejudice to the warranty right for products that do not conform to the contract, which benefits all consumers, in accordance with current regulations.

PAYMENT
Cien x Cien Natural Experiences accepts payment by credit card. You can use Visa and MasterCard. If you pay by VISA or Maestro card, the charge to your card will be deferred until the time of shipment. This way, only the items shipped will be charged at the time of shipment. If the POS terminal indicates that the card has been declined, the order will be automatically canceled, and the customer will be notified online of the cancellation. For payments made with cards issued outside of Spain, it is necessary that the issuing bank is affiliated with the Verified by Visa (or SecureCode for MasterCard) Security Protocol. Payments with cards that do not meet this requirement will not be accepted. As an alternative, we suggest payment by bank transfer. Cien x Cien Natural Experiences reserves the right to refuse any credit card transaction. In such cases, we will refund the payment to the original card. In these cases, if the customer is still interested in purchasing the items, we will request a bank transfer.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are not satisfied, you can return your purchases made at www.100x100-ne.org to our office located at Calle Rusia 1, 5º B | 28022 | Madrid | Spain, by filling out the withdrawal form, which you can download here.
The maximum period for requesting a refund is stipulated within the following timeframes, from the receipt of the order:
-14 calendar days for all products in our online store.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. This right is in addition to the warranty rights recognized in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, concerning the protection of consumers and users.
The circumstances that can lead to a return are as follows:
a) If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered: You can return it via messenger to Cien x Cien Natural Experiences. We will refund the product amount but not the return shipping costs.
b) If you wish to exchange for another item, the return shipping costs will not be covered by Cien x Cien Natural Experiences.
c) Product that, by mistake, does not match the one ordered: Cien x Cien Natural Experiences will cover the costs of collecting the incorrect product and delivery of the one corresponding to the order placed.
d) Products must be packaged and unopened. The packaging must be in perfect condition and retain all original accessories and instructions in order to be returned.
Returns of products not purchased from the company will not be accepted, neither in physical stores nor in the Cien x Cien Natural Experiences online store.
In all cases, the products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and with the manuals, accessories, or promotional gifts, if any, included.
In accordance with Article 103 of Law 3/2014 on the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal is excepted for those products that are clearly personalized or have been made according to the client's specifications.

ORDER CANCELLATION
If an order is canceled before it ships, the customer will not incur any charges. If an order is canceled after the merchandise has shipped, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs as well as the cost of returning the order.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
The warranty period is 2 years from the product's delivery. However, this warranty does not cover deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, incorrect use, or improper handling, nor does it cover materials worn out by use. Unless proven otherwise, it will be presumed that any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 6 months of the product's delivery, whether new or second-hand, already existed at the time of delivery. This presumption will not apply when it is incompatible with the nature of the product or the type of lack of conformity. Cien x Cien Natural Experiences reserves the right to request verification of the problem's origin from an authorized brand service center. If the defect is found to be caused by misuse, the repair will be billable. In cases that justify the application of the warranty, the options will be repair, replacement of the item, a price reduction, or a refund, in accordance with legal terms.
REFUND OF AMOUNTS PAID
The refund will be issued through the payment method you used for the purchase.
Cien x Cien Natural Experiences will not refund or reship merchandise until the receipt and condition of packaging and accessories of the returned item have been verified at our warehouses. The price to be refunded is the one originally listed in the order, excluding shipping costs. Once the correct condition of the returned product has been verified, Cien x Cien Natural Experiences will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 15 days.
APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
The relationship between Cien x Cien Natural Experiences and the USER shall be governed by current Spanish regulations, and any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of the corresponding city.
